Optional YouTube Analytics access
When you explicitly enable YouTube Analytics for a connected account, High Grade Content requests separate, read-only access to YouTube channel and analytics data. This authorization is separate from publishing and disabling it does not remove videos or interrupt the publishing connection.
We collect the public video identifier, content type, views, engaged views, estimated minutes watched, average view duration, average percentage viewed and shares for a fixed seven-day reporting window. We use this information only to operate and validate user-facing content guidance. It is not sold or used for advertising. Access is restricted to the account's organization and narrowly authorized service operators performing the disclosed validation.
Storage, retention and deletion
OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Analytics outcomes are retained for no more than 120 days and are rechecked against the connected account and public video at least every 30 days. We delete the outcomes immediately when analytics is disabled, access is revoked, the account or video is deleted, or the video is no longer public.
On disable, a provider request that already started may finish, but its response cannot be stored. An encrypted credential may be retained for up to seven days solely to retry Google revocation, after which it and its provider metadata are erased. If Google could not confirm revocation, the account page asks you to remove access in Google Permissions and truthfully notes that the app can no longer verify it after erasure.
Google API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review or remove access at Google Permissions and review the Google Privacy Policy.
